“I sent out a package at 11:30 December 13 to Paulina Iowa….it arrived at 12:27 December 14….talk about GREAT SERVICE……..Mailed. Pkg to Little Rock Dec.4th and it has been sitting in “facility” for 4 days undelivered …..so much for the Postal System….will think lONG and hard before I mail post office AGAIN…worth the drive to Coralville UPS!!! 5 star service…..”

“I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jeff. I figured a package I was awaiting was lost forever, but Jeff called me late on a Friday afternoon to let me know that the package was at his center.
