Fun and fabulous place! Scheels has a fantastic selection of shoes and an excellent staff. My friend and I had a nice chat with Mac, in the women's shoe department, and Ben was very pleasant and helpful in the clothing department. A super experience all around!

"Great place to find all types of sports equipment, from disc golf discs to kayaking gear. They also offer a wide selection of apparel for various sports, and their constant clearance rack is unbeatable for sports clothing. Every employee has been extremely kind and helpful, and it feels like they go above and beyond to assist whenever they can."

Always been one of my favorite stores. I have purchased apparel from Hawkeye clothes to Miss Me to Merrel and Nike shoes. The service is always exceptional. Ordered a Cubs shirt on-line for hubby for the first time and had it within days. Great place to shop.

Hey Drake!!! Thanks for the baitcaster combo recommendation. I walked into that store, fully expecting an employee to have no idea what I wanted. Drake knew. He knew exactly what I was after. He fished for the same species using the same lures I do. He recommended a baitcaster combo saying he uses it, too. So I bought it. Then I bought a new lure, some senkos, and some braid. Drake even spooled the thing for me before I walked out. I was really hesitant about buying that combo, but I actually like it... a lot. Give Drake a raise. Even better a raise and give that man a bait allowance. I hope your boss sees this, and I hope I run into you next time I'm in the store.

I went to Scheels to get T-shirts. They said that I would not have to pay the $70 if I signed up for their credit card. I did, although it took 3 more trips to the store to activate it. I still had to pay for the T-shirts and was told that it would come off my credit card purchase. It did not. So, I purchased something else, and showed the clerk the gift care. I did not deduct the $70 from my account. I cancelled the credit card. So, I went back and they said I could still use the $70 gift card. I tried to use the gift card yesterday, and they would not honor it. Total of 6 or 7 wasted trips to Scheels. Beware of the credit card scam.

Stick to Brownells or Gabes for trade ins. These guys will try and low ball the hell out of you. Rep seemed ok enough. Don't have to make all the profit on one guest.

This is the best go-to place for me to get my sports goods and fishing gear. I got a pro classic scheels rod couple months ago and it snagged off the other day. The rod came with 2 years of warranty and tho I already lost my receipt, I was able to get it replaced with no questions asked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
