Stayed at this location last week for one night until I was able to fly back home to FL after the storm. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and it's so convenient. Rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic!

I recently stayed here for about two weeks due to an apartment situation and it was the perfect choice. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean, and the layouts of the room are awesome. You get a stove top and fridge, or even a whole oven depending on the layout which is nice for longer stays especially. The bed was also SO comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed one night for a business trip. Room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Breakfast is good. Hotel management was helpful . I will would definitely recommend.

It is exactly what you expect and need, especially for an extended stay. I will say the laundry services leave a bit to be desired. One of the washers didn’t work and the dryers took an abnormally long time to dry. What would’ve taken me 45min to do at a laundromat took me nearly 1.5hrs to do here. And it was more expensive. Otherwise the rooms were clean and nice and the front desk staff were SUPER NICE and accommodating. Overall a good experience.

Nearby activities: Many dining and shopping options nearby
Safety: Well lit parking lot in a quiet area
Walkability: Good options nearby at a walkable distance

Some of the rooms could use some work but werent bad at all. Daryl the night manager was amazing an helpful! Amanda was also very nice and helped through our stay while working intown.

I had the opportunity to stay here several times this summer. Amanda, and manager Monica were so helpful and welcoming my first stay that I returned a few times, even though there are many hotels in the area.
The breakfast was especially well stocked with freshly cooked eggs, sausage and one more item daily. There were several kinds of hot sauce, including gochujang. The coffee was fresh and good. All in all much better than the Residence Inn, Vail, which had a horrible breakfast, but that’s another review.

VERY nice hotel. The extras were awesome! Staff at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. The outdoor fire pit was very nice. The pool was a little small, and HOT. They had a dehumidifier pumping hot air into the room, weird. Our room was very clean (though our friends was not) and nicely organized. Loved the full fridge and kitchen sink. Was perfect for our little family. Breakfast was super good, great selection, and kept full. My only drawback was the train. I only heard it once, but BOY did we hear it! Overall this was a very nice hotel. I highly recommend! Just be prepared for the train.

My room was SO dirty..crumbs on floor by bed. Bathroom had black curly hairs all over the corners of the floor and in tub! The fitted sheet was coming off the bed on a corner so I looked underneath it. The mattress pad was full of hair and stains too. The worst part was the sunken in bed. It was so worn out, you could feel the springs when you laid on it. Also made a screeching noise from the springs when you laid down. The carpet was bubbling up in room. I could go on and on.

If I could leave a NEGATIVE star I would. This hotel needs to be Gutted out! It is DISGUSTING! Like next level gross! Carpet is DIRTY, and torn, bugs in the room, toilet with dirt rings! I cannot believe this is MARRIOTT. The staff, super friendly and helpful. I have been so excited about my stay my whole family booked rooms. Now we are all checking out as soon as day break and RUNNING to springhill suites. Shout out to Daryl he tried to accommodate me, he even switched my room. Evan was super sweet when we made our reservations. I feel horrible for the staff that they have to deal with our complaints. It’s not their fault.

Entering room, audio was coming from TV. Could not mute or defeat. Desk clerk came up without replacement remote or batteries. Took another 15 minutes for next clerk with fixed remote. In mean time, HDMI cable was unplugged to silence the monster until cavalry arrived. Breakfast was horrible (seems to be normal since pandemic), no forks.
Food and drinks: Don't bother with hotel supplied food - BRING YOUR OWN, since full kitchens provided.

Avoid!! Rude staff, lying about no crib available, then bringing a pack and play without setting up. If you don’t specifically ask for room cleaning at check-in, they say they are understaffed to be able to clean your room. Rusty shower head, closed pool any many more. I am a long time Marriott customer and will definitely not stay here ever again. Looks like they milked the “limited number of hotels in college town” situation and never updated the facility

Check in lady was very nice but went down for breakfast and was literally told “we don’t have breakfast today” to say the least I was shocked and disappointed because including breakfast was one of the reasons I picked this hotel….also hot tub was boarded up and staff told me it had been like that for over a year even though website showed a working hot tub
