Worker Joshua has the worst customer service EVER. husband wanted boots and he was pushing him around about the foot measurement and my husband has never been there so he wouldn’t know the procedure.

I was in the store on March 4 2024.They did not have my boots in stock.Old guy said we will ship them and you will get them in 7-10 days, I paid and left.15 days later, I called the store and they tell me the store was sold to a new owner shortly after I left on the 4th. I called the store again and the order from March 4 was still sitting there.The payment cleared on the sixth of March.Person on the phone said the would get me a tracking number by the next day. No such luck! Finally did a chargeback with my credit card company. Hopefully the new owners get their stuff together!

This is the only place to buy work boots. I bought some boots that ended up rubbing blisters on my feet in a weird spot, took them back and they took the time to figure out why and swap me out with perfect ones! Five star, top tier customer service!

This was my husband and I’d first time in a Red Wing store after our company gave us vouchers for new boots! The guy that helped us was so professional and very knowledgeable. He got us set up in the best fitting pair of work boots we’ve ever owned! Will definitely be coming back!

As a concerned American wishing to do my part to take a stand for the environment and precious resources and against wastefulness that often give our great country a bad name all over the world (I’ve traveled a lot and lived overseas) I’m so grateful that Red Wing can repair shoes, resole, etc! Recycle, repair, reuse. Nick is kind and very helpful and can answer your questions. I’ll be back again.

We showed up 15 minutes before close and received EXCELLENT service from Nick. He took the time to find the best boot for me and my lifestyle. I HIGHLY recommend this location especially if Nick is working.

Worst place I’ve ever been to they say they will back you up but yet they don’t I’ve had my boots for 12 days and won’t back up any of it up terrible people oh yeah by the way anyone that wants to put toe tuff on their boots you can buy it on Amazon cheaper and you don’t have to drive all the way up there

I took my Dad's expensive, ostrich leather, Country Western, dancing boots to this Red Wing store to see if there was any way to clean them at all to preserve them after my dad had passed. Keith, the store manager, was so friendly and said it would be no problem to get them looking really nice again. I came back to pick up the boots, and I was shocked. He had done such a great job that they looked practically brand new! I am so incredibly grateful. I highly recommend this store.

Came here looking for ugg slides. The owner I’m assuming would not even let me see the shoes I wanted simply cause they are marketed for women. Felt like discrimination. Would not recommend this business to anyone whose apart of the LGBTQ community or anyone who chooses clothes from a gender neutral perspective.
