My mom and I stay here every time we have to go to Iowa city for her doctor appointments. Great rooms, very nice and clean. Great breakfast. Welcoming employees. I love that the TUBI app comes with the tv.

Room was clean, but dated with some dings on the walls. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for my dog and I to relax. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold.

Nice no frill hotel. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. No elevator to the 2nd floor though. Staff are very friendly.
