Light years ahead of any other financial institution in town, and I have tried all the other local financial intuitions. I have been with them for about 35 years and they just keep getting better as they get bigger, which is very unusual. I have a personal banker I can call or email. Most other banks don't offer this. The most amazing part is when I call their main number the phone is answered by someone that is knowledgeable and helpful. If they are not the correct person for my needs, they find the correct person that can help me. The people must go through a detailed training program because they really know what they are doing, unlike the other places in town. It is very difficult to find this level of service anyplace these days.

Horrible location. I have only had this bank for a few weeks as I just move to the location. I wanted to cash my 1st payroll check and did not understand the policy of waiting vs. cashing against my overdraft protection. The young man helping me, he was very polite, tried to explain it to me, but maybe I'm just d*** or maybe I'm not a banker and didn't understand the termonology so he got another woman to explain it to me. I didn't really understand that I was going to have a $30 charge to cash it. So I explained, griped, debated whatever you want to call it about the policy and not understanding what was going on. She obviously got irritated with me. She stated that I'd come in with a check before and that she had explained this to me, but I'd only been in that place twice when to open the account and the second time was to just withdraw money that was already in my account. I have never brought a check into that place. I explained to her that I had never been in there and she told me again that she had told me the last time that I brought the check in. I was called a liar twice by a person who was supposed to have customer service. No matter how upset a customer is, you don't tell them that they are a liar. Don't open an account with this Bank.

Very cooperative with any needs that I may have. They have helped me with all of my accounts and mortgage beyond what I scouted out from other banks in the area. Pleased with my service and I recommend them often.

We love our new bank. The people have been really great helping us as we settle into our new community. Especially Megan at the Coralville branch. That's not the closest one to us, but we always go there, because she is particularly helpful and awesome!
