More than one of the workers came to assist me and help to find what I was looking for. Even when I thought I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for the workers still searched high and low for anything they thought I would like or fit the description of what I needed.
They made us very comfortable and encouraged us to be open and honest to giving our full opinion on the suggestions.

They had so many plus sizes in their typical clothing, which was amazing to see. Everything I tried on, I bought! “Plato's Closet in Coralville is a nice, clean, well-stocked consignment store with friendly employees. Clothing items are organized by size and color. With a focus on clothing, the store doesn't have the sprawling clutter of larger consignment stores with many types of products. Because they specialize in clothing, it seems like the quality and selection are better than general purpose consignment stores.”
“UPDATE: The store manager contacted me as requested and was able to work with me to fix the situation. Ericka was great to work with. I believe this situation was due to one staff member and not a reflection of the store as a whole.
The suit did not fit appropriately when I tried it on. I only knew this because I understand how suits are supposed to fit. No one helped me at all after trying on the suit. The three gentlemen were just sitting behind the desk talking to each other. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that they do not have a Taylor here to be able to adjust my suit and that I would have to take it to a different men’s warehouse.
Additionally, When I brought the suit back to them, they notified me that I owed them $60 in late fees. While I recognize (after the fact of course) that this was in the small print, this was not explained to me at all. It also was not explained to me that I could return the suit to any Men’s Wearhouse to avoid a late fee change, which I would have done.
I am Not satisfied at all with this customer service or company. I would not recommend at all.”
