Disappointing experience with this company to bill for email correspondence that was quite light on content, without indicating that it would be above and beyond the already premium fee. I can see why previous individuals had left them. Very disappointing.

I was tired of doing my taxes online especially trying to figure out how to write off business write-offs. I decided to check out KPJ, and John Phillips worked with me. Great service and very professional. He was honest through the process and provided ways to help keep adequate records to help with tax filing. I JUST SWITCHED TO KPJ AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I CALL TO GET A DIGITAL COPY AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $20 FOR IT. DUE TO COVID THEY ENDED UP NOT CHARGING ME FOR IT.

Have been coming here for over a decade...my husband even longer...and we can't say enough good things about it! Every employee I have ever encountered has always been friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I get a very prompt response whenever I have a question, and they take the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand. They just moved to a brand new space just off Highway 965 and it is beautiful! Highly recommend for tax services and business services!
