I brought my vehicle to King's to get a second opinion after my previous mechanic told me I needed several thousand dollars worth of suspension repairs before I could get my vehicle aligned. This didn't make sense to me because my vehicle is relatively low miles, averages less than 6000 miles per year, and lives in a garage. Also the fact that my extended warranty company refused to cover the suspension work was a major red flag. King's saved me a ton of money and prevented me from getting ripped off for unnecessary work recommended by the other shop. Will be going to King's from now on.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My prius was making a horrible rattle when accelerating. I stopped into Kings and asked them to listen, and they immediately knew what the problem was. I asked to make an appointment, but they said if I had 30-40 minutes they could take care of it today. And they did. And for a very reasonable price. I appreciated their experience and knowledge, as well as their expeditious repair.

Very great service. I've been wanting my daughter to look into a mechanic where she lives versus driving all the back home for service. I explained this to Justin and he has been very accommodating. Unexplainably expensive, drive vehicle out to another shop to do alignment and taking an overhead + labor. Valve stem for 17" rim $128.00. Why? Front brakes, alone nearly $600.00.

Shout out to Nick for providing really excellent customer service. I actually only called to get a second-opinion quote for a repair on a car I plan to sell; Nick not only met my request but also went above and beyond to provide education and guidance. Trustworthy, reasonable prices, and clearly passionate. I ultimately decided to sell the car as-is, but I will definitely be calling King’s again next time I need service.

Amazing customer service. Even though their schedule was full, King's Auto Repair said I could drop by for them to take a look, as I wasn't really sure what was wrong with my car. They were able to work with me right away and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. They fixed my car and took the time to explain to me what had happened. All for free! They were nice enough not to charge me. Highly recommend!
