Anthony was terrific in helping me through the details of the purchasing process by patiently explaining the functions of the various treadmills I was considering in order to select the one I wanted. But in addition, Anthony diligently contacted other Johnson stores to find a replacement owner's manual for me that had been lost from the information with the purchased treadmill. I was very pleased with the purchase process.

Our Horizon 7.0 AT treadmill has not yet been delivered, but working with the staff during the purchasing was great. Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work.

Stopped in looking for a rowing machine. Anthony helped us out and was enthusiastic about his love for rowers, helping us weigh the pros and cons of different options, referencing his first hand experience with different models, respecting our desires to stay in our price point. Anthony provided us with useful considerations for different models for at home use (e.g., resistance style, long term maintenance, sound, ease of use, seat comfort). We walked out very happy customers with a new rower. Would return for more fitness equipment in the future.

This was one of the best buying experiences that my wife and I have ever had. We were looking for a massage chair and Mark was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the different chairs and helped us get the chair that fit our needs/wants to an exact "T". Extremely pleased with our experience at the Coralville store. Store manager Mark was first-rate. Was forthcoming with both pros and cons of various options -- not only of machines within a category, but which machines would help us accomplish our goals within the limited floor space available. Purchased both a treadmill and a rowing machine at fair prices, and didn't once free pressured or guided to more expensive options. Now that both machines are set up and in use, we're also very pleased with their quality. Sturdy equipment recommended by a friendly, honest, and *knowledgeable* person. Can't recommend this store highly enough.
