I went to Coral Ridge Mall where I received excellent customer service from Erica and Michelle at Helzberg Diamonds. I was wanting to know the value of a necklace that was a gift once purchased there. I was not expecting them to be too thrilled to do that for me, when they would rather probably sell me some new jewelry. To my surprise they eagerly went the extra mile. They not only looked it up on their computer, but also examined the diamonds and cleaned the necklace for me. I enjoyed chatting with them as well. I had another item that came from another store in the mall. They were not so eager to help unless I paid a hefty appraisal fee. The difference was like night and day. Thanks Erica and Michelle, I will always remember where I can receive the excellent service. ❤️

I've had nothing but problems with them they told me 5-6 different days for my ring to be in & the only thing they gave me was a $50 refund that they even messed up & refunded it twice & now the person that called me is not in the store to fix it I keep getting the run around & if this is how they do business I don't want to be involved with it anymore. This is the coralville store.

My husband has been wearing a bracelet of his father’s who passed away a few years ago until the clasp broke. I asked Helzbergs if they could put a new clasp on it even though it wasn’t purchased there? Not only did they fix the bracelet but they didn’t even charge me! I’ve purchased many nice pieces from Helzbergs and will continue to do so! Thank you so much!

I have made many, many purchases at the Coralville Helzburg store. They offer interest free on purchases.It is always fun to shop here. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They make it so much fun to shop! They are like family to me!When it is time for my jewelry to be inspected, they carefully examine each piece. After the inspections, they do a wonderful job cleaning and polishing. Sometimes I just come in say say hello! Great place to buy your jewelry.

Every Helzberg I’ve been to has been so amazing, except this one. I originally went in for an inspection on my wedding set and was told it needed to be sent out. It was sent out on 8/9 and was supposed to be back on 8/19. I accidentally called a day early and was told it was going to be delayed another day, but it was delayed three more days. No one called to inform me, my husband had to keep calling and popping in to see if it was back. I just got it back today, 8/22.My problem with the first encounter I had at the store was what a couple other people mentioned, the people are passive aggressive. They don’t really greet you they just kind of look at you like you’re causing a problem for them. The second encounter was slightly better, one person said hello and asked if we needed help, but the problem with this encounter, like the first one, the white man with the vests complained about the two women he was working with both times I was in there.I’m also not one to leave reviews, but I think it’s important that people know the environments they’re going to be in ahead of time. You’re most likely going there to purchase a piece or pieces of jewelry that you’ll have for a while, you deserve to feel welcome and at ease, not intimidated and uncomfortable. ?
