Just enjoyed my first experience at Fitness Sports!! Brandon was SUPER helpful despite being inundated with customers on an (apparently) EXTRA-Busy day.To be clear, Brandon didn’t say it was ‘extra busy’ but from a customer standpoint point I would assume if on average it was THAT busy on most Sunday afternoons the organization would have more team members scheduled to work.Brandon handled EVERYTHING with ease despite a store full of customers — super polite and helpful the ENTIRE time!!

I'd give this place 100 stars if I could.. Went in to look for some better fitting shoes. They fitted the shoes to fit my feet and had amazing customer service.. I am so thrilled with my shoes and this business. I will never get my shoes anywhere else again.. Thank you Sydney and the other employee (I'm sorry we didn't get your name). You both are amazing!!

This is an organization that always goes above and beyond! When I need new running shoes, they custom fit them to ensure I get the best possible experience for my unique foot shape. When I needed new in-soles and couldn't get into the store, they fit the insoles to the same shoe type and size, custom trimmed the insole, then mailed them to me. I love these guys and won't buy my running gear from anyone else!

Awesome place with a super homey feel. Was taken care of and felt like a priority. Definitely didn’t try to just sell me shoes but worked with me to figure out which pair was the best for me. Highly recommend this place.

Very helpful staff and they were super patient with the “try-ons”. I have purchased several shoes here not only for myself but for my daughter. I usually wear ASICS but have purchased Hokas from here but most recently my last two pair were the On Clouds. I totally love my new CloudMonsters! Thank you Fitness Sports!

Aidan was an absolute gem, in helping me find the right fit for my new goals. As a full time service industry worker, and someone who is trying to get back into a routine- I’ve struggled in finding the right fit (mostly because I didn’t know what questions to ask).It can be an intimidating process if you don’t know what you’re looking for- but I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable and stress free experiences I’ve ever had- when it coming to a self care or fitness purchase.I will continue to go back, and see Aidan and Tad, as my goals progress- this was amazing. ❤️

Always super helpful and are very active in the community, They often are creating new community events like run & ice cream socials, early morning Saturday runs, healthcare workers discounts and appreciation events. They also have a great advice and a great return policy if you want to try a new brand knowing you can bring them back if they aren't meeting your needs. Would highly recommend them!

I love going to Fitness Sports for my running needs. They take the time to make sure you get the correct shoe for your run by spending time allowing you to test them and compare! I have started bringing my young daughter here also for her running shoes/spikes.
