Walked in today to shop for a cute outfit for a nice dinner and was not greeted when I walked in and the worse was that 3 employees were sitting on the counter! Absolutely rude.

Had a great experience at Francescas’s yesterday. Staff was very friendly and helped me find an outfit for my birthday. My favorite store in the mall hands down!

I was trying to return something before work. The door was locked with a note saying the workers were out until 315pm. I came back at that time and the workers were laughing and joking around in the back of the store with the doors still locked. They saw me waiting outside the door and walked into some back room. After 10 minutes I just left. Why be in the store, see costumers and the walk away and ignore them? I love this store but that was disrespectful.

Francesca's is always a store I walk slowly past, to bask in its cute window displays. I adore the bright colors and diverse styles showcased. It has an eclectic mix of apparel, jewelry, handbags, accessories and gifts. Some of the cutest gifts I've given, I bought from this store. It's no secret to anyone that I like a good deal. While I find the regular priced apparel to be a bit overpriced-- I never have an issue finding stuff that is marked down or cute gift items that are reasonably priced. (Message boards, earrings, car coasters, notepads, water bottles, etc!) Service here has always been friendly and helpful. They're open 10-9p, almost on the daily. And with Yonkers having closed its doors, this is a great option at the mall for young ladies! There's a handful of these chain boutiques in the state of Iowa but this is the only one I've frequented. If you're looking for a cute go-to dress or fun piece of jewelry, look no further than Francesca's!

I have been to better Francesca's. The vibe here was all off and the store was messy. I normally adore Francesca's and Charming Charlie but not this time...
