The ladies here do wonderful! Here's the deal though: they will follow your eyebrow natural line as they work. So, they won't be taking let's say half your width off if that's what you want. One person came in and I'm guessing had tint added (think if you really want this as it doesn't come off right after) and then was very frustrated that the eyebrows looked so big. They have a lot of experience and you will need to hold your skin as they ask and then can pay cash or card. I'd love if they add a little music as you wait as sometimes you may need to wait a few minutes.

Sandy always gets us in fast and always does a great job with shape! Great customer service too. Definitely recommend, have not switched up since I found out about this place.

I will never be coming back! She ruined my eyebrows within minutes. She was fast and did not care to do them evenly. She was very rough. Two days later my eyebrows/lip are still burning. She took off too much hair on one of my eyebrows, and now they look uneven, to be honest it looks like I have a bald spot.

Typing this as I leave the parking lot. Do NOT go here! My first time going here, I went off google reviews - BIG MISTAKE. She ruined my beautiful eyebrows within 2 minutes. She was fast and did not care to do them evenly, she was obviously in a hurry. When I told her she left a bald spot in a place she shouldn’t have, she didn’t agree. Before she started working on my eyebrows I told her exactly how I wanted them, I tried showing her a picture but she said she’ll just clean up around the original shape. Clean up she did not, but ruin she definitely did. DO NOT GO!

This was my first time at this place. I drove 40 minutes because of the good reviews. I came in with thick, full eyebrows and asked her to keep the shape the same at the beginning of the appointment. Unfortunately, she took off too much hair on one of my eyebrows and now they look uneven. She was also very rough and made me bleed. I was hopeful that this would be the place I’d return to for my eyebrows, but unfortunately I won’t be back.

Sandy and her partner do a great job! I get my face threaded and it always looks and feels great afterward. Minimal wait time, if any.

TERRIBLE. DON'T COME HERE. Girl will ripped your skin off while threading. Boss or manager is very rude. They look unhappy with their lives. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Do better.
