Highly recommend they will do everything they can to help. I had a hole that could not be patched but I couldn't afford a new tire so they gave me a tire since it wasn't safe driving with my kids on a spare. I cannot say enough good things about them will recommend everyone I know to go here.

We had a blowout on I80. Searched tire stores. Discount tire popped up. We were on our way to a softball tournament, they understood our urgency to make it in time. John and Vincent took care of us and got us back on the road quickly!!! Thank you!

IF YOU HAVE PREMIUM WHEELS, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have now taken my car here twice, once for new tires and once for a tire rotation. The first time, they scuffed one wheel. The second time, they managed to make 3+ scuffs on at least 2 of the wheels. You would think a tire shop could get tires rotated without playing Rock ‘em Sock ‘em with your wheels.
Will not return here after they refinish my wheels (for a second time).

Wouldn't honor warranty on tires that lasted only 11k miles, even tho I'd paid for road hazard.
My tires wore all the way through the tread and steel in 9 months.
The guy at the counter told me that front-wheel drive car's front tires wear twice as fast.
I talked to the manager, who apologized for the inane comment, but nonetheless wouldn't even attempt to honor the warranty, claiming that I hadn't rotated the tires at the 6,000 mile interval.
They eventually offered me a very minimal discount, about 50 bucks each tire. Not even enough to cover the cost of installation.
I'd have been happy if they had sold me a new pair at cost, had refunded the road hazard I paid for, or at least offered me a substantial discount.
Beyond that they charge nearly double what other shops charge for mounting and balancing tires.
Please don't do business with these people.

I bought a full size tire and rim from them a few years back for my jeeps spare tire. One day I'm out on my mail route working for the Post Office when I get a flat and need to use it; only come to find out the rim was the wrong size and didn't fit the vehicle at all despite their promise that it was the correct one when I had purchased it. Sure they replaced it for free and got me the correct one for real this time, but I had lost a lot of time waiting for someone to bring me another tire.
I also interviewed for a job here not too long ago and the hiring manager was 30 minutes late. I arrived early, promptly told the dude at the counter that I was there, and waited a total of 40 minutes to start the interview. I always had really good interactions with the employees other than these two events.

I had a flat tire and the guys at Discount tire fixed me up in under 30 minutes at an excellent price. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone, thanks Guys !

I don’t know what I would have done last week without these guys! I’m from out of town but ran over part of a semi on the interstate and had damage to the underside of my vehicle. The local dealership wasn’t able to fit me in, but Discount Tire made time for me immediately and helped temporarily tie the pieces up so that I could safely return home with no delays. Plus, they did it all for free. I would highly recommend based on their top-notch customer service!

Was halfway through my 16hr drive when I punctured my tire. Stoped by there and they were able to get me back on the road very quickly. Marcus was extremely pleasant to talk to and helped me out a lot! Thanks a lot again guys!

I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years and for many reasons. Location is #1. You can find at least one store in most areas if not multiple locations within dense populations. You can visit ANY store after your purchase for ANY reason. My #1 preference is the warranty (road hazard). The reason for this review was a visit I made with a tire from my SNOW BLOWER. Not my car. My snow blower. I had removed the two tires to put on the chains. I knew from experience to deflate the tire to get a snug fit with the chains. BUT, I could not get one tire to inflate. These Discount Tire locations have the best tire pressure air systems on the planet. They said "sure, we can help", put the nozzle on the tire and "POP" it sealed and was done. 30 seconds. No charge. (PS - I did tip!!)
