Took my vehicle in for a complimentary tire install after spending over a grand on a new set. No complaints about the customer service rep who sold me the tires, but the “technicians” (if you could even call them that) are an absolute joke. I noticed that two of my OEM hubcaps were broken upon pickup. Nobody mentioned anything until I pointed out the problem. I would be more understanding if they were transparent, took ownership of their mistake, and given me a solution; though this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Not to mention all the grease smeared on my wheel and wheel wells. Overall, unacceptable service and dishonest behavior. Avoid this place if you care about your car and expect to receive it back in the condition it was in.

I think it was Elie who helped me today, only got a quick glance at the name tag. He was legit though, super helpful and kind. I tell everyone to get tires at Costco and today was another example of why.

So grateful for this place! When traveling, we had a flat tire, and this was the only place open. They helped us get back on the road even though it was close to closing time. We're very appreciative of the staff in the tire center that night and the manager. Thanks!

I've been to many many COSTCO's up and down the state of California and on the island of Oahu, but this is the first COSTCO I have encountered since I arrived here in this lovely state of Iowa and it was as expected, pretty awesome! I found out that I can never walk into a COSTCO without spending a couple hundred dollars or more!!

The great treasure hunt always gets you! Great quality items. Deli & bakery items are delicious. Mocha frappe from the food court is a must!

Researched to get good quality tires at the best price. Bought new tires less than a year ago and they need to be replaced. Still under warranty. When I called it was obvious they were going to search for an excuse not to honor the warranty. Unforunately, I was right. I even brought in receipts to prove tire rotations. They refused to even look at the receipts. Never going here again.

Horrible costumer service. Slowest process. Behind on all appointments and walk ins. We just bought all 4 new tires and within two days had a flat tire. They were not accommodating and told us it was a nail and they patched it. Although it’s possible it’s a nail, we’ve never ran over a nail in our lives and it’s hard to believe in two days with a new tire that’s what happened. They also could not show us the nail.
