“I purchased a car battery from Batterie's Plus in California, but it failed, under the 3 year warranty, here in Iowa. I went to the local store without a receipt, but Jonathan was able to call the original store and get the necessary information. He then promptly installed the replacement battery. I consider that excellent customer service.”
