I purchased a car battery from Batterie's Plus in California, but it failed, under the 3 year warranty, here in Iowa. I went to the local store without a receipt, but Jonathan was able to call the original store and get the necessary information. He then promptly installed the replacement battery. I consider that excellent customer service.

I love this location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the service is great, and the prices are fair for the items they sell. If you want to save on batteries, they have options, if you want the best battery you can get, they have options, if you just wanna look at batteries and be amazed there is such a thing as a AAAA battery... they can do that too!
