I just saw on my account that there are three fraudulent charges, one is there twice. Total $70 approximately. This is the third time this has happened since BMO has taken over. My health is not good. This causes a lot of stress and I am homebound, a senior citizen and disabled.Never in my life have I had this happen before, and I am age 71. The local bank will not deal with it, I have to call the main branch and it takes time and a lot of talking to get it straightened out. Then I have to have a new debit card mailed to me. I am SO ANGRY!!

Do not use bank of the west for anything. Took out a small personal loan in 2019 and on the second to last payment, their system "lost the loan". After a year of calling they said they can't find it so must be taken care of or paid off. Then 3 years later when they found it again they sent it to their own collections department to be charged off. They were sending mail to my last address to alert me even though I had mine updated to new one. Told me it was my fault for not realizing this issue when I had to call and "settle my debts" In every situation it was my fault not theirs. Even though I probably made 40 phone calls trying to solve this.

This black lady clerk at the front counter is telling us to get another card on our account due to fraud, not fraud what is she taking about all my wife did was forgot to take her card out of the atm machine so the next couple days we go back and she is telling my wife oh remove your mask to verify, oh you need to do this do that… seriously!!! But the other one who was a guy said oh we’re sorry this happened heres your card. Im done with this bank, after my wife gets her stuff in line were out. Dont go to this bank if you dont want to be criticized and asked a million questions over a simple card return. And told stuff you must do. Seriously… i will do what I want to do, not told to do something! If I could I would put 0 stars.

Went in to this bank a few days ago to get change for a 20$ bill... I understand some banks won't do that if u don't bank with them. But the teller said yes to me then alwardly looked at the bill with uncertainty and said "ahh we can't actually help u out since you don't bank with us" which totally threw me off cause second L's ago he was willing to. Then what seems to be the boss approached me and examined the bill and told the teller if u feel comfortable go a head and exchange the bill. A proceeded to tell me about people being in fake 20's these days. ( isnt that what your special pen is for???) to see if the bill is real or not. The whole situation was awkward and left me never wanting to come back. The disappointing part is that I've been looking to bank with another bank and that bank was on my list. But is now off.
