“While driving cross country my Toyota Venza Hybrid informed me that I needed an oil change. We pulled into the town of LeClaire, IA, hoping to find a quick solution and a friendly woman at their local visitor center sent me to a Valvoline Oil Change Center. After waiting for 30+ minutes they told me that they didn’t have enough oil to complete the job! How can a company that specializes in changing oil not have enough oil? We found Jiffy Lube a few minutes away. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes! Great service!”

The very friendly staff (especially Susan who drove in from another location to fill in for a sick manger that day) confirm they had our tire size and would get us in. Thirty minutes later we arrived and they jumped to get to delivering on their promises. Not only got us back on the road but stayed late to make sure of it. “Needed a jockey-kickstand spring, mine popped completely off. Hawkeye Harley had the part in stock, didn’t have any service openings, got me in anyway, and got me back on the road. Can’t ride with a dragging kickstand. The price was right, and the customer service was great, they even gave me a free bottle of water when I said I was thirsty. I wil definitely return for parts and service.”
