I come in when I am in Coralville, I haven't made a post yet but I am now. Usually I get a smug "hi" but today not even that. We were the only 2 customers in the entire store. 3 employees and no acknowledgement. I then told the person I was with how annoyed I was looking at hand towels by the register, they must of heard because a lady came over and said "Still doing ok?" As if they ever said anything prior. My response "Yes, we still are". She then said "Oh, are you planning something?". I'm not sure what exactly that was supposed to mean, it was odd but I wish I would have said "I was planning to wash my hands" As I was looking at towels. She was smug and I left because I was uncomfortable and annoyed. Why they "pretty woman" people here is beyond me. Anthropologie: I buy plenty from here, you're not Chanel so stop acting like it, its ridiculous. Rudeness won't get you business, do better.

Called in to see if a product they sell online was in store and they were super rude and snotty saying they have never sold it even though I’ve purchased it in that store.

Wonderful store with beautiful clothes and home accessories! Such unique items that you can’t find any place else. High quality merchandise, very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They had quite a few people working compared to some of the stores we visited.

Interesting products, and good holiday selection. I couldn't help but notice that while all customers were masked while I was in the store, no employees wore masks, and didn't seem to keep any distance.

Love this store! The new fall collection in EVERY department is amazing! The customer service is a 10 out of 10. They were very knowledgeable & kind. The visual presentation is always pleasing! Highly, highly recommend!

Not impressed at all with the staff at this particular Anthropologie. I walked in and no one said a word to me. I proceeded to look around for at least 15-20 minutes and still no one person including the manager said hello or asked if I needed any help. I went in to the fitting room to try some clothes on and still not one person inquired of I needed anything. I went up to the register to pay (not sure why I even gave them my business) and I mentioned it to the young lady. All she could say was “I’m sorry.”I think I would prefer to go to Des Moines thanksgiving to come here again. Very disappointing to say the least!
