The customer service is great and the people at the Columbus Junction HR Block location are very friendly and understanding. She was helpful and patient! Just wish your prices were so high.

I’ve been using H&R Block for decades, and every year prices increase. TOO EXPENSIVE, AND THIER PRICES ONLY GETS WORSE EVERY YEAR!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!
