They are forcing people to switch to their routers and they don't even work/ and are worse than the one we already had. Also this is a very shady and inconvenient time to be forcing this on people seeing as it is finals week for college students...

Our internet was down for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When we called in at 5pm and 10pm Friday they could see we did not have service. We were told someone would be out on Saturday to fix it, and they would be in touch. We then called again and were told that no one was available until Monday. The problem was the box installed on our house had to be replaced. The internet was working by 11:30am Monday. It was not a holiday weekend. This was the first problem we have had with extended down times. We pay $110 a month for this service. I have contacted the Iowa Utilities board as the manager states they do not offer compensation for loss of service. We waited 11 days for the manager to contact us after being told he would call us in 2 days.
