Honest reviews of products; immediate response to questions (even over the holidays) and lightning fast assistance when a replacement part is needed. I am still telling people about this amazing business and its service. Plus, the product I ordered, a Howard Miller chiming wall clock, is absolutely beautiful.

i was looking for a wedding present, and i was quite pleased with the selection i found at the Windsor Clock site. the pricing was reasonable, the ordering process was easy to navigate, and the delivery happened in a timely manner. i would definitely use Windsor Clock & Watch Co. again if i am ever in need of another clock.
