I got a fair trade deal and a fair price on my new car. I appreciate the customer service level! Everything went smooth and they even dropped my car off and picked my trade-in up. It was an easy, pleasurable experience and I love my new car.

Have a 2017 Volvo XC60! Check engine light comes on every 1,000 miles and I take it to the shop each time,service can not figure out the issue and communication is non existent! Last time they had it for over a month and I got one phone call explaining they are waiting for the part. I understand the parts and service shortage!

I just purchased an suv for over $20,000 and it came with just one key, the two original keys were missing so i had to spend over $300 extra for the keys. disappointed!

Salesman never called me back! He must of thought I was to poor!! So I bought a 60K vehicle from another dealership!! As pretty woman said in the movie when the women associates wouldn’t wait on her she went back in with her expensive clothes on and tapped the sales clerk on the shoulder and said big mistake!!! Lol this probably is nothing to this dealership but I see I’m not alone with a bad review!! I even had a couple referrals I had for them, but not now!!

I can't express how happy I was with my Willis experience. I was treated respectfully by everyone I encountered. My salesman Anthony Perry was without a doubt, one of the funnest, funniest sales reps I have ever worked with. He was honest and upfront on everything we discussed and made sure I was getting everything I wanted in a new car. He is a huge asset to Willis Automotive. He spoke very highly of how great the company was to work for and he felt like Willis was his career home for a long time to come. That speaks volumes to me. Matt in finance made sure we talked through all the paperwork and of course Bill was the best at setting up my car and making sure I knew how to use all the cool new technology that was now at my fingertips in my new Volvo. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new car!
