Waited over an hour and 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. Just tried to open a simple checking account for my daughter. We were jumped over several times for customers who were 10 minutes late for appointments where they could have spent 10-15 minutes with us to open an account quickly. Seems like a lot of employees in the building waiting to work and help people.

the best wf branch i’ve been to! was greeted quickly & positively. cindy o helped me set up a business account & although she is new, she made sure everything was executed correctly. when she wasn’t so sure, she asked for help from her seasoned (& friendly) coworkers. i’m bad with names, but the branch manager, another female (with a cute pixie haircut), & alex were all fantastic. so thankful i was able to get everything taken care of!!

I needed to access our safety deposit box and it didn't take any time at all. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly.

This bank is the unfriendliest bank I have ever had any business dealings with what good is a commercial drive-through if you don't take your commercial customers deposits? Instead you make them get out of their car drop it in the night deposit when you could have easily just taken it through the commercial drive-through.Countless times I have come here and I have seen you help to regular customers versus commercial in your commercial drive-through you should just change it to a regular drive-through or take it out completely.

I just had a very good experience here. Mr. Aaron Howard, a banker, did a great job assisting on an issue for my clients business transaction that was not able to be resolved through the main non-branch business customer service. Mr. Howard was professional and went the “extra mile” to resolve the matter. Great personal service! Thank you.

Could not pay off loan through this branch. The excuse was “the federal reserve is closed today”. Apparently the fed manages personal loans for Wells Fargo. The absolute inability to pay off debt within the branch is nothing less than robbery and I’ll be contacting the Iowa attorney general about these predatory lending practices.

Very rude they keep taking money out of mine and my boyfriends account for the same thing over and over and when we call customer support they say they have a right to take it because it’s there money. We are switching banks that won’t take our money for no reason.

Slowest Wells Fargo in town. Drive thru is always a pain to get through even in the business line. Never enough tellers on the drive up line.
