Worked here as contractor IT support decent work life balance. Was supposed to be contract to hire my second year was coming up and was told wouldn't be hired. I found a different job and when I went to return equipment I had to wait 20 minutes even though there was an agreed appointment time not very professional on their part.

I asked Wells Fargo for a Loan Modification. Denied. I asked Wells Fargo for a HAMP modification, denied. I submitted the paperwork three times. Lost. As a World Savings customer, the bank states that they are the "Servicer" of the loan, and they are not required to modify the loan they purchased. Yet they would be happy to start foreclosure proceedings as the Servicer of the Loan.

Wells Fargo Mortgage pre approved me for a loan. I explored if they lent on several different kind of housing options. When I found a home I loved, I asked if the did Manufactured homes. I was told yes if with land. Then I checked on leased land, yes in a community. The community had to be approved. They said it was an approved community. I entered into a contract to purchase a home. We started the loan process. They collected 614.88 for appraisal. Four days later, they decided they couldn't do the loan because it was not real property. I asked for my money back for the appraisal. I called a few days later and was given a useless tracking number. I called the gentleman's supervisor who told me it would take 7 to 10 business days. On day 10, still no money. I contact supervisor again and was told they hadn't marked my file as denied. I asked how much longer with out a reply. DO NOT USE Wells Fargo for a mortgage!!!!!
