I have Using this pharmacy for almost 2025 years, the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always kind and very cute very helpful and quick to process my prescriptions. I wouldn’t go any other place.

The pharmacy wait is always long, specifically at this store compared to other walgreens.
I looked up the price of children's benadryl online at target and walgreens before going to this store. It was similar. At target it was $8.49 with $1.50 manufacturer coupon. At walgreens it was $8.99 with $1.50 manufacturer coupon. I was picking up a prescription, so decided to get it here. It was $9.79 for the same product once I'm at this store. I asked for them to adjust the price. They called a manager over. The manager tells me the price cannot be adjusted. He says the website and different stores have different prices. He did confirm it was the same product but refused to match the price after looking at and confirming the prices on my phone. I asked him if I was just supposed to go get the product at target and he said yes. So I did.

They have went down hill over the years. Very unprofessional, and rude. I have had trouble getting my prescription for nerve damage pain 3 times even when there were refills on the bottle and had to go without. I was in agony. I'd give them a big fat 0 of I could.

I was very impressed with the beauty section, maybe even better than Target. It's not the cleanest, but will do. Why the low rating? Service. In the past month, I had gone to get my passport photos done. First, they were overpriced and done WRONG. They made me put my hair behind my ears and over my shoulder and then redid it. Normally, this wouldn't bother me, but the man editing our photos took his break when he should have been editing them. What the heck?!? I decided to look around the beauty section, which I already mentioned was great. However, I looked around for 30 minutes! I went to the photo section and asked about my photos. They said an hour wait, which is just outrageous. I really just wanted to get out of there, so I went out to eat at nice pizza place. I came back to get my photos, and was not impressed. They had not edited anything! I still took them, although upset. Recently, I went to fill out the other forms for my passports and the workers there told me they did the photos in a weird way. The same place also offered CORRECT passport photos for half the price. Please get better service!

Just left here came to pick up my insulin which I've gotten a text today saying that it is ready to be picked up and yet I get here and they say it was denied get my doctor knows absolutely nothing about this being denied thisplace is contact my doctor. Well my doctor knows absolutely nothing

The nice thing about Walgreens is it's a convenience store as much as a drugstore so they carry some of the items that I need sometimes from Viva paper towels, Laundry soap,to food- some groceries and typical convenience store things like chips, donuts, pop, water and ice cream. The first aid items are extensive, and they have a large health and beauty area. They also have a small household supply area and school and office area. The customer service was great. I had two different staff members who took me directly to the item I was looking for. When the line started to get long, they called someone up to the front right away. Just remember, it's about expectations is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I really try to look them in the eye when I'm checking out and tell them I appreciate the work they're doing. It's a small thing, but I think all of us can do it. Waited in pharmacy drive thru for 40 mins. Happens often. Please retrain/ hire someone who knows how to properly oversee operations and staff your organization, especially in the evenings. I’ll be avoiding this location From now on.

I work here, Been here about 2 months. I have no complaints about this pharmacy as i used them before i worked here. I understand people's frustration, But it is completely being miss placed.1. Most of the time urgent care does not get around to sending the information of the script right away, Which does not even talk about the fact the technicians have to type it, Then get insurance to approve it, Which insurance does not want to spend more money then they have to is what most do not comprehend.2. They are not magicians, The techs cannot summon meds that we do not have, Blame insurance companies for not covering the generics as reason for the shortage of supply. Also people mis-using medications for weight loss is another big reason. examples - Adderal, Insulin (Ozempic) and many others.3. Walgreens has reduced all of our hours, Meaning they cannot hire more techs to work. They limit the hours to be able to have 2 techs max a night and sometimes not even that. What it takes to run the pharmacy efficiently and how most of you believe it should be, Requires atleast 4 techs. Here's why, One tech atleast needs to be looking at the scripts coming in and writing them and then sending it to the pharmacist to look at, Then the pharmacist approves it, Then the tech can begin filling and seeing if we have it in stock (Does not include manufacture changes if needed for the quantity of the medication) then put it in the bin where there are atleast 60 other scripts needing to be looked at at almost all times by the pharmacist. The second tech needs to run counter, Third tech needs to run drive, and we need another tech to help fill and do deletes and other duties we dont have time for.4. Nobody can call in whatsoever, And when they do the people who work the morning might have to do a 15 hour shift and come in later to close. A lot of us are in school taking 19 credits trying to make time for school and work. I personally have 7 classes and have to work 5-6 days a week, This leaves me no time for school work. I come in to help when there isn't enough people on my day off despite needing that time to finish just one classes homework.5. In conclusion, I strive to get the customers medication ready for them as quick as possible even tho i am treated poorly most of the time as it is my job and duty to do so. My Name is Nathan, Most of you who come here know I am kind and always give everyone the time of day and try to fix the problem you have to get you your medicine. I cannot control insurance, I cannot control when we receive the digital fax, I do not have a secret number to call to get ahold of doctors. Next time you want to write a negative review make sure you know how the process functions and take the time to get to know why. Remember the workers are only 10% of the reason u might not receive your script. We do not know the outcome of everything. I am grateful for those of you who are understanding and paitent.

Walgreens has a chronic problem. If you schedule an appointment for any vaccine prepare to wait about hour after you check in for your appointment. This has happened to my family multiple times. I recommend going to Costco or Hy-Vee if possible.

I left urgent care came here was told 10min in drive threw came inside and told 15 minutes longer and after 20 minutes "I'll get to it when I can" defiantly the reason medicap is my primary pharmacy. Walgreens is so disorganized and they do not care about their customers. Literally in line having pain and hypoglycemic issues and still not done been here 45 minutes and waiting for what they said was 10 minutes. Still have a 35 minute drive home after injury and in urgent care. Very displeased and highly reccomend medicap.

Wade the "manager" is a joke. unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Managers should handle a problem not run away from it and make their employee Duncan handle it. Duncan was very kind. Poor management. Ill say I've dealt with the daytime manager William? I believe. He is very kind and a very good manager. He has helped me with multiple customer service issues at this location. Again, Wade, you suck.
