They don't deliver prescription on time. They don't give value for others time. I gave heads-up that I will be coming in next 30 minutes and yet they are saying 15 minutes more. The prescription was sent 3 hours ago.

I went into the Walgreens to purchase some items around 9:15 pm. I waited at the front to be checked out for a good 10 minutes. There was not a single worker in sight. I decided to call the store to see if someone could come check me out. When the lady answered, i politely asked for someone to come up front. She did not say a single word and hung up on me instead. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional and awkward when cashiers are fighting with each other and then manager gets involved and even more fighting occurs in front of a waiting line of customers . The most uncomfortable moment I’ve ever had at a store. Decided to forget my purchase and left the store it was that bad. Wont ever be going back.

I had the pleasure of meeting the most apathetic employee at Walgreens. It took ages for someone to finally show up at the counter to assist me. And when they did arrive, they didn't even bother to look at me or utter a simple apology. It seemed like they absolutely despised their job. All I wanted to do was drop off a package at their FedEx dropoff. One measly star from me.

1 car ahead of me today. I waited 35 minutes for them to bedone. Why do they not get told to come back or go into store but instead we inconvenience all other customers. Management at this location must have no clue.

The workers are doing the best they can, but they are clearly short-staffed and Walgreens apparently doesn’t care enough to provide them the resources they need to provide customers with decent service. “Appointments” will have you waiting over an hour.

Twice now I've made an appointment at this location for a vaccine and twice they've told me when I got there that they ran out. Why do you take appointments if you don't bother to keep them? Why are you so bad at your jobs? Absolutely infuriating.

Worst pharmacy ever. Multiple errors with prescriptions resulting in return trips where, even though you spoke to someone on the phone 10 minutes ago, they act like they have never heard of your issue and even try to blame you for it after accepting responsibility initially.Staff is rude and unwilling to make sure their customers are taken care of (laughing and dismissing a customer whose first language was clearly not English was really just icing on the cake).I was going to make a joke about how at least it’s better than renewing your drivers license… but the DOT is actually far more efficient and welcoming.

I had a medication emergency, and the staff were so so kind. I was in tears, as this was a very important med, and due to some confusion, my pdoc didn’t know the pharmacy had not received the script. I had been without it for many days and was absolutely terrified. A woman, I believe her name was Carol, held my hand and even took a moment to teach me a calming maneuver so I could reduce the intense emotions I was feeling. She got me a 3-day emergency script, and saved me from some possibly disastrous consequences of being off this med for so long. The kindness was simply overwhelming. They deal with so much, especially now with all the pressure and scarcity the pandemic has meant for pharmacy staffs everywhere. It was the most humane and empathetic experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Thank you all so much. I’m so grateful and humbled by the compassion I was shown today. It was the exact kind that matters. Thank you.

I took pictures into Walgreens to enlarge for a wedding. The first person who helped me in the photo department said they could do it but didn't know how to do it. The second person couldn't make the scanner do it, either. Finally, another person came over and enlarged one photo and then walked away. I had three more to do for a wedding and he said just hit this button and that button and it'll work. I don't know how to work the scanner. Two other employees didn't know how to work the scanner. The employee who did know wouldn't help me for longer than 10 seconds. This place really stinks.

The drive thru is always insanely slow. Always a long line and takes at least 20 minutes before I get to the window each time. I used to work at a pharmacy and I NEVER had people waiting that long. Hire more efficient employees. And if someone has a complicated order as them to pull to the side and wait.

I am really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received this morning. I went into the store to pick up a prescription and there was no line. I was in line at the counter and NO ONE acknowledged me to help me. The tech looked busy and the other pharmacists did see me however was looking at a log. I had to literally almost shout after 10 min to ask for assistance. Even after I did that, the pharmacist told me “we will be right with you”!! This is outrageous! When
