THE WORST customer service.. I’ve had several negative experiences with unprofessional staff at this store. This most recent one is definitely the last as I won’t go back. Returning four items from Amazon they were going to charge me 19$ for shipping. I was in the process of canceling the return and redoing a different way when staff asked me if I was going to pay it or not. I said I wasn’t sure to give me just a minute. She said I’d need to take the items off the counter and move aside so she could help other customers. There wasn’t one customer besides myself in the store. And there were three staff. I just grabbed my items and told them they were incredibly rude. One of them yelled ‘have a great day!’ as I was walking out the door. It took me 2 minutes to redo the return request in my car .. it gave me the option to return to UPS free of charge but there was no way I was going back in there so I took it to Whole Foods instead. This place is so unprofessional I can’t even begin to explain. I’d drive 50 miles to a different UPS before I’d go back here. Or better yet not use UPS at all.

Time and time again terrible. Save yourself the trip and choose a different store. Chances are this location cannot help you anyway. I visited this store twice today and ultimately had to drive to my preferred UPS store to mail my package.

I have been to this store so many times and the service used to be good. Today was an entirely different experience. I went to return an amazon package and I had the box, shipping label, but missed to get the cello tape from my car. The front desk person asked for $2 to borrow the tape. I ran back to the car to get the tape and then she came out pretending to help. UPS always have a very good name and they help people especially when they are in distress. I asked for a Supervisor and Val (Owner) told me to use her name if I have to write any reviews. At least happy to see their coordination for a wrong reason. Please understand that not everyone come over to use a cello tape to save money. I hope at least someday you would understand how to work customer oriented. I am not sure how come Amazon is dealing with such bad customer care. At least this review will help people know that they have to carry cello tapes before going to this particular store. Very bad customer care.

I would give a negative Five if possible. Most unfriendly UPS location. UPS should cancel their franchise and give it to someone more customer friendly.
