I have work with Kevin at his old hearing business’s and was very happy to have found him again over at Ultimate Hearing. He has always taken great care of my hearing aids and any issues that I have had. If you have any issues I would highly recommend going to see him.

I have been dealing with these hearing aids for 3 or more years and from the beginning it seemed ok but I have been back to the Clive office numerous times and they still aren't right...I can't hear my husband across the table from me...I have to turn up the Tv so loud that my husband can't stand it and when I put a setting in it doesn't hold ..so fed up with them

Ultimate Hearing is the best! Since 2016 to present they have been taking care of my hearing. I was amazed at how small the hearing aids were and the color choices. The staff has always been sincere and caring. They really want what’s best for your hearing. No more ringing in my ears!

This office provides exceptional service. I previously had a high quality hearing aid which was not giving me the hearing that I expected. I came to this office in Clive and was given a hearing test which results showed I had a high degree of loss. This office was able to understand the loss I had and were able to engineer and set the technology on a new set of aids to enhance my hearing to a level much higher than my previous aids provided. I am now able to better understand the small voices of my grandchildren, and the improvement using my headset on my work phone is amazing! My overall hearing has also improved providing much clearer conversation with others. I attribute my improvement in hearing to the knowledge of the staff in this office. The staff explained everything along the way, and was friendly and professional always! This is definitely the office to go to get quality, knowledgeable, and friendly service with much improved hearing!

Michael was wonderful at explaining all the features of the smartphone application to adjust my hearing aids. That has made it easy and fun for me to get used to wearing them. They were also very helpful in working with my insurance company to get the greatest benefit available to me and setting up financing for the balance. I am very happy I went with Ultimate Hearing.
