Good place if your in a pinch but you will pay for the convenience. Prices on everything is high but if you talk with them they will usually lower the price. Have been going to this place for a while now and always have gotten great items. Just overpriced when compared to the online price for items.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Will never return. They sell packs of cigarillos that are labeled 99 cents for $5 a piece. Every pack of 2 is $5. And they want cash only too. 500 percent price hike on their products. Terrible.

The only reason why I'm giving it 5 stars is because I can't rate it any higher. The environment and the people who work here have a great vibe around them giving it an all around good experience. Everyone is super polite, understanding, and will do anything they can to help out, I've bought a few things from here and they are very reliable, so reliable I've sent friends this way and they've said the same thing. They have a very nice and large variety, from default pipes, to animal or gandalf pipes, etc. Everything they have is displayed in a very nice fashion and makes everything look good. I look forward to buying from here again!

Bought a $60 item and the suggested adapter (+$30) that they said worked well with it and it broke the next day just by pulling the adapter out (the same adapter that they suggested). The owner was in the store and refused to replace/repair or any other suggestions. He was only willing to give me $10 off of another item. Glass is cheap, not well made. Horrible customer service!!! I would never spent a cent there again!

Best prices I've ever seen. Big, beautiful, quality water pipes for not even 40 dollars. The owner is very nice, helpful, and honest about what he sells. Prices are far lower/better compared to similar stores in the area. I will be going here again.
