Best car wash in town. Jasper did a great job getting all the grime off before sending me down the tunnel. Drew always makes sure to give new customers awesome deals and discount. Monthly membership is the best. You can go by everyday, which is great for getting off all that salt from the road. Thanks guys.

By far the best Carwash I've been to. I've been a member for awhile and love it. I've seen all the crew and they've all done a great job pre washing. Jasper does the best job at that in my opinion. His eye for detail unmatched. From scrubbing underneath the spoiler, to getting the dirt out the rim wells and wheel wells, to scrubbing the bumper in tight place and getting the bugs/grime off. Dru is a great greeter and salesman,. Honest about the recharge every month when I started, answered every question I had.All in all, Great Tidal Wave Location!! Keep up the great work everybody

As for the wash, by far the best without a doubt.However I do have a question. Maybe it's a location thing or maybe it's corporate. This was brought to my attention by 1 of the employees after talking to him. How is it that you start a full time employee at 15 an hour and part time at 14, but yet a part time employee who's in HS makes over 17 and 18 and not even a manager??? If you give 25 cent raises every 3 months and the location opened not even a year ago, how are they making that much?? Something smells fishy

Jared and crew are fantastic. The team here are extremely professional and truly care how your vehicle looks after entering their wash. Best car wash in the metro and surrounding burbs hands down.

Amazing staff that scrubbed for 10 mins on the front end of my car making sure all the bug guts were off! I paid for the cheapest wash option and this is the cleanest my car has ever been coming out of any other car wash.

absolutely the best car wash with a monthly membership. staff does a great job, is friendly and cares! Chris (site manager) gave us a great tip. they can shut off the tire shine (helpful for us as we live on gravel roads and the dust sticks to the shine). Nate is exceptional as well. (Great attention to detail)

The service is great! The employees take time and attention with each vehicle. I also appreciate that vacuums, as well as microfiber cloths & spray are available after the wash. While pricey, I would say it is a great value! Even my old minivan looks better.

Signed me up for their promotional first month. Told me it would not automatically renew and that was obviously a lie.They charged me $48.14 a few weeks later for their monthly package.I did not want it in the first place, especially after my first experience going through the wash. It damaged the weather stripping on my vehicle and did not even clean the back end of my truck.

I had a spot on my door and I asked gal with scrub brush to take it off. Took her a bit but she got it. My car was sparkling in the sun. Very happy.

Dave, Chris, Cale, Andrew and any others I can’t think of the names, but excellent customer service every single time I come in. I recommend everybody to use this car wash. The customer service can’t be beat! The shine my car has after leaving is impeccable!! I can’t rave enough about Tidalwave, you definitely have a lifelong customer. Always a 5 start experience! From the pre-wash they do by hand, to the equipment that washes your car. I’ve had bugs baked on my car that I scrubbed and scrubbed at but could never get off and Tidal Wave always does the job and it looks good as new every time!

The wash is all right nothing amazing leaves quite a bit of dirt on back of vehicle. The real problem is if it rips your wiper blades off Tidal Wave will not be replacing them unless they are "factory" wiper blades. They do not cover wiper blades that are purchased at auto parts store.
