I shopped at Talbots in Clive this morning.cannot pass up this chance to applaud the great personal service, helpfulness, & knowledge of merchandise that I experienced while shopping. Susie was my salesperson & it was like having a personal shopper! She went out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for & was extremely helpful in selecting items for me to try on. I left the store a happy shopper with a smile on my face thanks to Susie!!!

Just finally? bought some needed clothes after such a long oppressive year. Loved their inventory, so good to be back, w/o a !?!! mask! Staff is awesome.

It was a sad occasion. My daughter had been killed in a car accident an I needed a suit to wear to her funeral. The staff was so helpful not knowing why I needed my suit. After my sister an I left the store the clerk came out an apparently we forgot something an my sister went back in an my reason for being there came up. End of story, I got a sympathy card from the store an it meant a lot to me

Love this Talbots. Yes, the clothes are great but what is the best is their service. Helping find other items while I am in the dressing room is what I love about this store. The service here is the tops!
