Big selection. I thought the housewares section was overpriced. I like the markdown policy. Things get cheaper the longer they sit on the shelf. Looks like a great place for seasonal decorations. Nice selection of luggage. Again pricier than the thrift stores but better quality and a lot to choose from. Movies looked reasonably priced. Senior discount days. I also think there's a veteran's discount. Nice clean bathrooms. Nice dressing rooms.

Nice clean store, rather expensive for a consignment store, could buy new for some of their prices. But I love to go there, great variety and items very clean

Terrible consigning system. Today I stood in line for an hour an half before ultimately collecting any money I had in my account and leaving.
When I walked in 10 people stood in line already. About 15-20 minutes in I realized I was supposed to sign in on a paper upfront. There was a sign that said this when I walked in but I missed it due to the line all in front of it. Once it was my turn in line they turned me away because my name was not next on the list even though the next 4-5 people came in after me. I let it slide and got back in line. After every 2 people they had to go back and wait for more totes to be available so I did ultimately end up leaving so I could get to work on time. Between the long wait and the horrible sign in policy (which no one tells you about it until your upfront) I will not be back to this location. I’ll try Ankeny or Goodwill can have my stuff for free.

They take 60% and give us 40% back on our stuff. Not the other way round. One of the staff members told me this without any hesitation. What a way of looting and getting easy money. Its better to donate to poor than giving to these people who do unfair business. I Request people to NOT go there and waste your money.

I'm a consigner, not a buyer.
The process of bringing things in has been pretty simple and seamless up until the last month, when it's been horrible.
You don't have enough staff and the ones you do have disappear from the counter for long periods of time, leaving all us just standing there in line.
Today I waited for 40 minutes because you didn't have any bins.
What a ridiculous system! If you have too much merchandise and not enough staff to process it or bins to put it in, perhaps you should either buy more bins and hire more staff, or just stop taking anything for a while.
I will not be back other than to pick up whatever is owed me.

If you are looking for a deal and willing to risk the item while waiting, this is the place for you. When items are 50%-80% off it's a good deal. Usually staffed with nice and helpful people. Just like any service industry, there are some bad apples sometimes.
No refunds or exchanges. Even when THEY incorrectly label an item. No exceptions.
Stuff is picky on what they will put out but they are not perfect. I've still come across clothing with stains or holes. Just be aware. It's a second-hand store, not a Ross or TJMaxx. Used items are 99% of what you will find.

Used to be decent for deals, but now everything with any sort of name-branding is 80% original sale price when it was new. They seem to have forgotten they are a second-hand store. Better off with Goodwill.

Wonderful place serving an important role in the community, but they have to figure out a way to accelerate intake or they will lose the source of what they sell.

You can find just about anything in here. Prices have gone up on shoes I noticed which I don't like but watch the dates on tickets because they offer discounts based on how long the item has been there.

Wow prices are crazy here. Lots of stuff, but so over priced! Kids clothes shirts and skirts almost full price of what you could buy someplace else. Too expensive.

Whatever moron you guys have working the furniture collection (big guy dumb facial hair) needs to be fired immediately. He has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about and just cost you guys hundreds of dollars on one piece by itself let alone the hundreds if not thousands of Dollars you would have made off the furniture I will no longer be selling here.
Don’t hire idiots.

You have to be ready to look through a lot of things. They have a pretty decent selection of clothes - even discounted/sale clothing items. Ask the markdown date when you enter, as prices drop depending on how long an item was put out for sale! Lots of interior decor, but some prices are a bit higher. I probably would not recommend buying furniture here if you are going to redo/refinish it, as it is expensive, but if you want something of good quality ready to go, you might find it here. You can find a lot of random treasures, you just have to devote a bit of time to pick them out.

It was a little overpriced for us and the things we were looking at. It was fun however looking around at their big selection of stuff.

I really don't understand why they can't just put a sign on the door to say they're not accepting donations, so that they can catch up on totes. Soooo many people waiting in line for hours because there are no totes available. Seems like a serious management issue.
