Izzo is the man!! This is our second brand new vehicle in four years purchased through him and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase and confident in our decision when driving off the lot. Financing department made it quick, easy, and stress free when signing papers. We were at the dealership less than an hour from start to finish, and that included test driving the vehicle. There’s a reason we keep coming back! These guys are the best in the biz. Shoutout to Chris as well for helping set this all up. 10/10!!

Right off the bat, if I could give more stars I would!
My wife and I went to Stew Hanson Hyundai on 8-10-24. We found a car we liked purchased it and off we went.
Unfortunately, within 20 miles down the interstate we noticed something wrong in the steering. This car was used under 10,000 miles. There's no way anyone would have known about this issue.
We were very concerned given that we had already made the deal and now we had lost faith in the car on top of the " new car purchase " excitement was gone.
HOWEVER, our concerns were quickly suppressed by Stew Hansons team Ian Brimeyer our salesman who went above and beyond, and Parker Carey the sales manager who made sure we were taken care of.
In the end we bought a brand new Elantra that we love and more over, Stew Hanson Hyundai acquired 2 new customers!
Our car purchase experience was outstanding and would highly reccomend Stew Hanson Hyundai!!!!

Slowest service department ever! Don't believe the wait times they tell you. Won't provide timely updates or a loaner. This was on a recall too. So not even my fault, but Hyundais fault. Absolutely ridiculous

First, these people don't answer the phone so they make it very hard to talk to a person. I placed an order online and they withdrew the money right away. But they called me back 2 days after asking me to pay $200 more for shipment. I will never buy from them again.

5 stars for the sales team, Marcus was one of the nicest sales reps i’ve ever worked with when buying a car. -1000 stars for the worst service department in history. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance after my car with 2000 miles was DEAD. First of all, if a service department if fully booked for 2 weeks you know that’s a big red flag. Then when i dropped the car off at my scheduled time for diagnosis, a process that takes most professionals roughly an hour or so, I was told it could be 4-5 days before my car is even looked at. What’s the point of scheduling a service appointment just to have the car sit on the lot for days and have nothing done. It would’ve been faster for me to go a community college and learn how to diagnose the car myself. While dealing with a service representative that very obviously didn’t care about anything, I overheard another talking to another customer and he mentioned “One of our technicians got deported” seriously? I’d rather have dropped my car off in a high school shop class. Worst service department ever.

This is the absolute worst car dealership is Des Moines. The service department is a complete joke and talking to anyone you just end up talking in circles to individuals that have an IQ lower than a toddlers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had an awesome experience as I stood back & watched my granddaughter make her 1st big adult purchase on her own yesterday. Jerry Jones was very patient, understanding and compassion. Conner Carey took extra time and made sure she understood her financing. He gave her some free extra financial advice,(some she already knew, and some not, although it was great she heard it from someone with professional experience).
Jerry and Conner, there are no words describe how much this meant not only to her, also me. Thank you for showing compassion, sincere and understanding. I couldn't ask for anyone else to help her with her first large purchase.
Not only you made the day about her, you put this grandma at ease . Thank you both and the team behind you!!!

Brought in my gf's Hyundai Santa fe sport to be serviced for a faulty AC. (It would just stop putting out cold air after like 10 minutes). $250 for a diagnosis, $1200 total for the repair and after she picked it up it just didnt put cold air out at all. Now we have to take it back a week later with all this heat going on.
Poor service, will update once they look at it again
