Their wait time estimate is terrible. Joined waiting list and it was 72 minutes. Drove 20 minutes to get there and it went up to 92 minutes. Who has time to hover around the area waiting an hour and a half because their estimate is so poorly designed. Been using sports clips for over a decade but I'm switching to a place that sets appointments.

I was sent this email for a free "MVP Haircut" picture included. At checkout I was told it wasn't for a haircut only a MVP. I told the stylist it says "MVP haircut"? She said that it was only good for a MVP

Absolutely terrible! My son showed the stylist Layla a reference photo to ensure understanding, and not only did she take an inch and half too much off the top but his hair-line is crooked as heck. My 16yo doesn't want to go back to get it fixed as there's no trust, so save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.
I appreciate management reaching out, but when the only solution they will offer is to return or go to another sports clips, it really doesn't amount to much. I don't know a 16 year old anywhere you would be able to convince to return to the company that messed up so bad.

Worst app I ever used, tells me 18 min wait, I drive over, my names not on the wait list. And yes I did it correctly all steps.
I arrive 4 min after I made appt, now the wait is over 90 minutes.
Third time this had happen in 3 months.
Was told by workers this happens at time for no known reason.
I won't return again, you've lost me. Fyi this also had happened at other locations in different states

My son went here to get his haircut and it was the worst experience and haircut he's ever received. From the start the lady, Layna, was rude, and didn't listen to how he wanted his hair done. Did you know that a fade isn't an actual thing? Neither did he. Because that's exactly what he's always gotten at all his other appointments. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else.

Took a couple years off from going here but needed an emergency haircut. I will never come back again. I’ve never had someone mess up like they did. I had long hair and left with basically nothing because of their incompetence.

The appointment system is really bad.... over an hour wait based on the time they told me to arrive. Recommend considering other options for haircuts.Half the 1 and 2 star reviews are related to appointment system. Seems like this should fixable.

My kids, dad and my son got haircuts at sport clips. The ladies were super nice to them and both of their cuts turned out great they looked very handsome. We would absolutely go back there for haircuts in the future.

I have been getting my hair cut at this location for several years. Some of the stylist have done a good job of cutting my hair. My most recent stylist started with the question of what blade guard to use. I said that I did not know what number I just wanted the edges cleaned up. She buzzed me! Her technique actually hurt when she ran the clippers against my head and she smelled of smoke as well.I don't know why I should know or care what blade guard they use. A stylist should be able to know what guard to use after telling them what I would like done. And what ever happened to trimming in steps and asking the customer for comments.I will not receive a hair cut from her again.Sports Clips needs to seek stylist that know what equipment to used from a brief description given by the customer.

It was a 90 minute wait but boy it was worth it one of the best hire cuts I've ever gotten normally I'm not that vin but when I saw myself in the mirror I thought dam I look good and they gave the lady that I had offered to whas my hire and he's put a hot towl that smelled of mint it was vary relaxing it's I little more them normally pay at 38$ but still worth it.

I would give it 5 but scheduling can be a trick. They are very busy. My hair was cut to Spec and three days later it grew into its perfection
