“I love red wing boots quality stuff pricey but it does last a long time and on certain items you can send it back to the manufacturer and they will resole them and make them as new as possible. You have to pay for that of course but I think it's a damn good deal”

“My daughter and I visited the SoftMoc store in Jordan Creek Mall in Des Moines for the first time. I was very pleased with their huge selection and style of shoes! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you Kelcie for going above and beyond to make sure I received the shoes, style and size that I needed and for helping me get signed up for the SoftMoc Rewards that I could use anytime!! Even when the store got busier, Kelcie and staff helped the customers, Kelcie checked on me making sure I was taken care of. I left the store very happy with my purchase, and also my daughter who didn’t even come to buy Shoes, was so happy with the store and great customer service, that she bought shoes as well. “Favorite clothing store. Apparently they aren't motivated to sell clothes from the store since the majority of American women don't fit into their sizes. Skip the trip, get on the email list save money and buy plus size online.”

My girlfriend and I walked in, and were greeted with a smile by a woman who introduced herself as Dawn, and asked how she could help.We told her what we needed (shoes where my girlfriend could be on her feet for a long period of time), and Dawn happily took us to a quiet place in the store and brought us a few options. She wasn't pushy, she didn't overwhelm us. She was perfect. We found a very comfortable pair of shoes and were totally satisfied, and we were even talking about coming back before we left! “I had a horrible experience a little over a year ago and hadn't been into the store since. Today, my daughter and I went into the store to purchase some shoes I found online that said they were available in store. Mary and Barb the sales manager helped me. They couldn't find the shoes in store and helped me get them ordered and shipped to my house. They were wonderful and very friendly, much different than the experiences I had in the past. We will be returning again!”
