She was nice, I went off the reviews, wrong thing to do. She said in order to invert my hair she did shark bite in the back. When I got home the damage was done & I cried. I’m afraid to go anywhere in the WDM /surrounding; I’m growing out a bad haircut. I’ll have to fly to AZ when I’m ready as I don’t trust anyone. She was under $40, but I’d rather pay &75 for what I showed her. The owner said she’s got all this experience and it’s bad when it looks like a toddler cut my hair and coworkers can tell is
I’m not trying to be rude, but I have to wonder if some are just used to having their hair cut wrong and don’t realize it

This was my first time at Salon Arrow through a recommendation and was told to see Sam. She did NOT disappoint. I have trust issues with my hair and don’t expect a lot leaving a salon, but Sam fully restored that. I absolutely LOVE my hair and really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her. Sam at Salon Arrow is AMAZING! She not only did amazing work when doing my cut, color, and extension but she is so kind hearted and easy to talk too. Great service. Mache was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything during my first wax, gave clear instructions for at-home care to get best results, and answered all my questions. Her salon is super cute and was a relaxing environment. I can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work! I had some trouble finding her salon with Google maps, but she answered my phone call right away to give directions. Communication was prompt and helpful in every way. Her prices are fair for the quality of service she provides. I’ve already booked my next appointment!
