“I have never had a disappointing experience here! We’ve gone to them for oil changes, new tires and rotations, helping me figure out weird sounds and adjusting my tire pressure with the weather change, and the guys at CarX are always helpful, quick, and courteous. When they couldn’t figure out a tire sensor and struts issue, they refunded the money and told us the new parts were free. When they do find issues they are thorough about explaining the issue and how pressing it is or isn’t. No one likes visiting the car repair shop but this team makes it as enjoyable as possible!”

But, these guys do good work, have great customer service, and can knock out an oil change with a quickness. What I really like is that if you have specific oil & filter brands you prefer, you can take the items with you and they'll use what you want.

“Absolutely give them an opportunity to help you. Easily made an appointment for an oil change online. Decided to do the oil change package with the tire rotation. Tim the manager said the tires looked good and didn’t need to be rotated quite yet after they worked on my car. I did get charged for the higher package. Will be back!”
