I replaced a microwave. I had a phone conversation and an online chat, both of which were helpful. I was able to select what I needed from what was immediately available. In a couple days a nice guy came and installed for me, and took my old one. The whole process was pretty timely and painless. The microwave works fine. I’m very pleased with my experience.

The buying experience with Mary was great! The delivery experience was by far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced by one of the guys. Extremely disappointed I almost asked for a refund and had them take the appliances back. We are stuck with them now but will never use them again. I expected a better experience after spending thousands of dollars in full.

Had a great experience with NFM. Unfortunately I am working with the nightmare sears home services warranty they sold me. Im not sure if there are other warranty companies in existence, but this one will “fix” your fridge, leave it broken while your food spoils, then schedule a follow up a week+ out with no recourse in the meantime.
