I went in on a Saturday. I had not tied a bowtie in over two years and needed some help. I walked in with a tie around my neck. Before I could even ask for help, one of the sales people motion me over and said I know why you're here. I was back out in two minutes. always exceptional service

The quality of men’s wear available here is what you would expect from a high end store in Chicago. More than that they know their stuff and loved working with Sony who tailored every piece to fit me custom on site. We had a time sensitive engagement to go to and they accommodated us and took a special interest in making sure that everything was perfect. Definitely a one of a kind.

Amazing Service ! I was in need of a suit the next day. Edgar worked very hard to put me in the right suit for the occasion and fit my budget. When Darrin the manager heard about my situation he immediately went to work for me. With the help of these two gentleman I was able to climb mountains I previously thought to be impossible. I can't thank Darrin and Edgar enough for their timely, courteous and over the top effort, education and erudition in professional menswear. I wear a suit differently now. I feel centered, comfortable and confident. The quality of the material and the design of the suit are world class. The sales staff nailed it. The tailor perfected the work of art. Darrin made it easy and seamless. Thank you to all of the staff at Mr B's.

The service and quality are awesome but you pay for it. It's not a slam because sometimes you just have to go top shelf and that's definitely what this place is. If you have an interview and are going for a big job you can't do an off the rack suit and this places prices are better than Von Maur. So if you're going for the good stuff this is the place. They sell ridge wallets for the same price as amazon as well.

High end men’s clothiers are hard to find in the first place but pairing that with a staff and ownership that cares this much about their customers and community is truly one-of-a-kind! The product lines have amazing quality and the staff is super knowledgeable. They take care of all the tailoring unlike other stores that nickel and dime you for it. The dress shoes I used to buy were around the $150-200 mark and would last a year if I was lucky. The Magnanni shoes Tim helped me with were around $300 but, are almost two years old now and still look as great as the day I bought them. This applies to everything I have bought here including the suit Tim donated to a charity event I held last year to help burn victim children. Buy local folks and help support your community!

Needed a wardrobe refresh and had a great experience here. People were helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Yes, you will pay for the knowledge, advice, tailoring and quality, but overall it is reasonable and well worth it. Enjoyed the experience and will continue to support Mr. Bs local business in the future.
