“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

The repair was done in under two hours, with OEM parts, and for about the same price as if I had bought the carrier protection plan. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and (most impressively) patient and not patronizing to the older couple he was simultaneously supporting during my device check-in.
