For the exterior cleaning it’s good, staff has always been kind, but the last time I got the interior of my car cleaned was a joke. Hardly vacuumed, there was sand all over, dirt in my cubby and I paid the extra $5 for the special clean and the outside of my car had dirt and wet dust all over. Got a hold of corporate and they emailed the manager but haven’t heard anything back. I’ve had some issues before and management has never helped or seemed to care. Don’t expect to get any help if you ever have issues.

I have a membership and I can go through the express as many times as I want. 22nd & University, Merle Hay Road and Ingersoll Avenue. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Not as fun as it used to be. You guys purposely closed all locations from full service and kept only one! Now when I come here any day, any time, I have to wait at least 40 minutes for a car wash. I know you guys are trying to eliminate full car wash service, but that is the only reason me and thousands of people signed up for it. We all know how greedy you guys are for a company, but this move is one of the most inconvenient we have had from you guys ever! You should bring back locations, at least one on each side of the city. Bad service and greedy company, and always short-staffed, so a long wait, up to an hour, for a wash that used to take 7 to 10 minutes. Not recommended, and once there is anyone who opens a full-service car wash, I won't step foot here ever again!
Lastly, because you do not have enough staff most of the time, my car is returned to me with the dashboard untouched due to the workload and shortage of workers. address this issue as well.

First and only time I will go to a Mister Car Wash. Did not vacuum 1/2 of the back flooring and mat, broke a vent handle, did not clean any of the seats, removed the rubber cup holder and change holder inserts and threw them in the garbage rather than cleaning them and putting them back. That is part of my car they just threw away. Complete waste of money and time. They acknowledged the issues but did nothing to fix it, offer a refund, pay for anything , or give me back the parts of my car that are now missing. What a joke.

As far as automatic car washes go this place is amazing. While they are phasing out the car detailing they are adding vaccines so we can do it as well.
For those of us who are sensitive to the chemical smells of car washes, I have yet to have a problem with Mr.

Not vacuuming or wiping when I point to girl she said we don’t do detailed cleaning and she gave me personal card to call this person . She was not friendly I paid 38 $ for vacuuming and washing I got only washing from outside and glass cleaning. Never again horrible service

The staff are very good and polite the facilitie is very clean. My only complaint is the system doesn't completely get my black chrome wheel covers clean. I have to redo them my self

I came in at 1:42pm My front left passenger seat they didn't vacuum my seats very well. Highly recommend customers to go elsewhere besides here. The exterior wash is okay but interior wash isn’t the best for that price of $50.

Prices up about $10
They asked four a tip and when I said no, my car sat for a good 15 minutes.
On top of that, the $32 spent for a basic wash is BS

This location was great. After having gone to another location that used to do interior cleaning, only to discover they'd discontinued that service, I found that this one still does it.
They did a very good job with the general exterior cleaning, and cleaned inside very well also.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that their outside wash of the windshield left a really obvious streak right on the middle that I had to use my washer fluid/wipers on, which was odd.

Had interior and exterior cleaned.
Interior looks good…exterior was bad. Lots of things stuck on exterior. I did the 2nd from the cheapest cleaning thinking it would get most of exterior and was poorly mistaken.
Won’t go back there again

Amazing team! They did interior and exterior together as crew and I was ready to go like in 10 minutes! I'm impressed! And accessible price. Hope they never move from there. Soooo convenient!
