I had been getting my pills cut when I pick them up and it was very helpful as I have shaky and unstable hands and cannot cut them myself.However, I asked politely as I normally would to have the same done at pick up today and was denied by someone saying they couldn't risk my medication crumbling?If that was a risk factor before, I should have been told the first time I asked and I would have no frustration or confusion.If you're asking for personal requests from the pharmacy staff I would make sure you explain your need and have them ensure you an explanation in return.

My experiences at MercyOne Clive pharmacy have been unpleasant, unfriendly, and not welcoming. I’ve worked in the building for 7 years, use the pharmacy for convenience & cost, & I’ve never been treated so rude by a few of the pharmacist. Anytime I am greeted by an Elizabeth, she is rude & what seems to me, annoyed that I am there. I get questioned by the medications I am on, AND, I’ve been on the same types of medications for 25 years. I am a nurse & I’ve been a nurse for 18 years. I can’t imagine treating any patient the way I am, when I walk through that door from those couple of pharmacist. MercyOne has values, I guess I’m not one of them.
