“I've has a mail box there since 2014. I often travel as a nurse out of state. The UPS Store can ship me my mail when I call or about once a month. When I shop online I have it sent to the UPS Store for pickup no worries about it being stolen off my porch or driveway. The Store has just been sold so expect some changes as most of the staff are leaving. I've always received friendly and professional service there.”

4225 Fleur Dr, Des Moines“They've been great getting me in and out quickly. Yeah, they charge for boxes if you neglect to return Amazon stuff without a shipping box but they also box it up. I think that's fair. They charged me $2.00 once and $2.50 another time -- would probably spend that buying a box elsewhere as apparently Amazon requires a return in a box.
Anyway, these folks have been pleasant and get me on my way in short order, can't ask for much more.”
“I rarely post reviews for delivery services because usually I’m just in and out and it’s taken care of. This was a very unique experience and this employee did a great job. His name is Les. It was some of the best customer service I have ever received from a UPS store location. I will definitely come back to the store on. EP true Parkway in the future. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them for me in the most polite manner. He also took his time, making sure I understood everything about my package that I was mailing and what to expect, Did not rush me through the process. Thank you UPS and Les!”

“Staff are really nice. Never an issue. I wish the hours were extended though just a bit. I work the standard 9-5 kind of job and thats the po box hours... Makes it really hard for me to try to get here to get to my mail. PO box access is available limited on saturday but most of the time they hold the item instead of putting it in a box so I have to speak to someone to get it.... Which means I can't get it on saturday. The hours are my only issue here. Location and staff are great.”

“I would give the girls Brenda and Erica at the clive, Iowa store a 10. They are always kind, fast, and efficient and go above and beyond the call of duty but, however the manager that works there is not. She is rude, not friendly at all, and I have been going there for 2 years to ship off my goods for my customers. Every time I encounter the manager, it's the same thing EVERY TIME. I can't believe that I would be the only one that notices her unfriendliness and lack of friendly customer service and it makes my experience one of where I would rather travel 10 more miles to another ups store than to deal with this manager's attitude. I'm a Christian women and I try to show love, patience, kindness and grace all of the time, but I can only show so much when I encounter the same behavior everytime from the manager, especially when I am in the store everyday, and her attitude never changes. You, UPS, as a company should reevaluate who you have leading the team. I LEAD a team and I would never model this behavior. If it doesn't change then I'm moving on. I don't need my day ruined by an unhappy person that clearly doesn't enjoy her job, and I feel sorry for the clerks that have to deal with that on a daily basis especially when they do their job so well. How sad for the one that's suppose to lead”
