Had a pretty good chip in my windshield. Went in to get an estimate and they were able to take care of it right away. Half an hour later, Scott had it all taken care of. Can barely see where the chip was! Great service at a fair price. Highly recommend

Had my window broken out over the weekend. They were able to replace it within two days and for less than my deductible. Had them replace my windshield that had a crack in it as well. Took less than 2 hours.

Chad was flexible with scheduling and had great customer service. T. Gross, the installer did an awesome job. I could tell when he dropped the windshield into the opening, that he is an artist when it comes to auto glass installation!

Had a very nasty rock chip that I was really thinking couldn’t be repaired and would need a new windshield. Office staff was friendly and gave great info and set up an appt. quickly. Scott took great care in getting it to look almost like the chip was never there! Well beyond my expectations. Yes, you can see a small area that is not perfect but that expectation was clearly communicated since it is a repair. Great customer service and communication across all levels! My wife was having a condensation problem on the interior windows of her car. Took it to Kryger Glass and Scott Estes was able to find the problem right away. Scott was very polite and helpful. Many Thanks !!

Hard to find, in a loading doc, lethargic staff, had a small chip repair and charged $150 with absolutely no change in appearance. They said it’s just to stabilize against future cracks but from what I’ve seen advertised there should be some cosmetic improvement. Disappointed for that cost. Our vehicle was broken into and Kevin was very helpful, letting me leave the vehicle covered at his shop over the weekend to avoid precipitation until his team was able to work on it. It was done sooner than quoted, and for quite a bit less money and faster than what was quoted to me at an auto body place nearby.
