The service is top notch - we had a problem with our new dryer and dishwasher, and our sales rep Aaron and his team communicated directly with the manufacturer to get us a new dryer and to fix the dishwasher - saving us time and money. We also got our lighting and bath fixtures here and couldn't be more impressed with the results. Thank you!”

“When we decided to start a kitchen remodel project, which was a first for us, the GC we've used on other projects referred us to Angie Taggart at Paramount Kitchen & Bath. Another friend told us that his wife works as a kitchen designer, and after we followed our GC’s advice to work with Angie, we discovered that the other referral was for Angie too! Both of them were right that Angie is great to work with. She took time to understand what our challenges were with the original kitchen layout and what our priorities were for the updated kitchen. We didn’t have enough counter space or drawer space in our original kitchen and none of the kitchens on HGTV had a similar layout to ours so we didn’t have any ideas how to make it work for us. With Angie’s design ideas, we ended up moving the refrigerator to another wall, extended a wall a few inches, added new Dura Supreme cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances, lighting, and flooring. She encouraged us to take time to think decisions through. Angie was even patient throughout a long conversation about where I might put my plates/forks/glasses, while my hubby was not patient. I even brought in a few oversized/odd-sized pots/pans/platters, to make sure they would fit in a certain cabinet, and in the end, everything fit perfectly. We love our kitchen now; it is so beautiful and functional. As we finished up the kitchen remodel, we decided we needed to redo our mudroom to match the new kitchen, and we also redid the fireplace surround with the same tile from the kitchen backsplash, so the design is consistent throughout the main living areas. We could not have done this project without Angie’s ideas, designs, guidance, patience, and great communication. We love the updates we made and highly recommend working with Angie and Paramount. We will definitely work with her again.”

“Ryan West was the kind of salesman who prided himself on going the extra mile. So, when he offered to bring flooring samples directly to our house, we readily agreed. He arrived in his signature rusty Jeep, which looked as though it had seen better days but had somehow managed to survive them all.

Ryan stepped out, beaming, with a large case of samples in hand. As he walked up our driveway, he hit an uneven patch of pavement and stumbled. In a desperate attempt to regain his balance, he flailed and tumbled backward, crashing into his Jeep. The sound of his collision was followed by a series of unsettling creaks and groans from the old vehicle.

Ryan scrambled to his feet, brushing himself off with an embarrassed laugh. "I’m okay!" he announced, trying to downplay the mishap. He turned to check on his Jeep, only to find that it was now leaning precariously to one side, its front bumper almost touching the ground. A thick wisp of smoke began to curl up from the engine.

"Uh-oh," Ryan muttered, more to himself than to us. He tried turning the ignition, but the Jeep only sputtered weakly before falling silent. The engine had finally given up the ghost.

Despite the mechanical disaster, Ryan maintained his composure. He opened his case and laid out the flooring samples with the same enthusiasm as if nothing had happened. We couldn't help but admire his dedication and his ability to focus on the task at hand, even as his vehicle seemed to disintegrate behind him.

After we'd made our selection, Ryan called for a tow truck, handling the situation with remarkable poise. As the tow truck hauled away what was left of his Jeep, he turned to us with a smile. "Well, at least your new floors will look great," he said with a wink.

“This was a really cool store. While it caters to a more high end clientele, I still managed to find a few things that were really great for my use cases. I am particularly a fan of Breville appliances, and they even had some more obscure ones here. Otherwise, this is a great store for your "buy it once" tools and gadgets.”
