The behavior of some employees is very bad.. Especially the supervisor in the pharmacy does not treat customers with respect.. You must train them better and they must learn how to treat patients in a respectful manner and be kinder to them.. I give you one star and I think this is a lot!

Did they change to not filling prescriptions in store? Took an HOUR waiting.used to be quick, order came in around 10:00, I got there at 3;15 had to wait in store for an hour

try to call and someone picks up the phone and just hangs up. pharmacy is poorly managed with inadequate staffing. the number of customers far outreaches the number of available people working. i always dread having to deal with them because it can take a lot of time and sometimes people there are not nice.

Have gone to pick up my prescriptions 3 different times in one week, and have been told each time that they have not been filled. ***Update: went to the store yesterday (my 4th visit) and requested the prescription be refilled while I waited, as I would be going out of town and needed it before I left. They finally sent me home with a prescription, but when I got home I realized it was the wrong medication.

Called in to get refills for the 1st time at this pharmacy ( was previously told I had to call and couldn't use the automated refills)Left a voicemail. More than 48 hours later and no call back. Tried to call the pharmacy and never reached a human. Going back to the Great customer service at the Windsor Heights HyVee. It will be worth the drive!!

Been waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and they wont even answer the call button. I called the store to ask if someone was working the drive thru and they told me they were busy and suggested I go inside. Whats the point of having a drive thru then? They would rather have sick people come into the store and expose others. The least they could do is answer the button and ask you to wait for service. I plan on transferring our future prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I’m disappointed though. Bought Hy Vee brand baked beans and there was hardly ANY BEANS in it ! More of a baked bean soup than baked beans Same thing with your bean and ham soup there was hardly any beans in it either and you heat the security seal up too much to the point you can’t tear it off!!

Every time I call for renewal, which can’t be done through the automated system, the rep on the phone has a nasty attitude with me despite my calm and friendly tone.
