Nice clean environment.The employees were nice and courteous.There was a variety of drinks Hot or Cold as well as fresh healthy clean foods and snacks to choose from.A big selection of doughnuts and other items you can easily grab on the go.

Stop by to get food, seen the deep fryer oil has Not been change since a week ago , the employee said they only charge oil on Wednesday, it was burnt food coming outta deep fryer it was dark never stop there for food

I am so disappointed with the service at this location. There are two ladies there who are very unfriendly. They seem miserable to be there. They never say hello, have a great day, how are you…literally nothing.. I always say thank you, have a good one, and they just straight up ignore me and don’t respond. They turn away from you or walk away while you’re saying thank you. I started a new job 9 weeks ago just a block away and have been buying my lunch at this Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh half of those days, and they are still so unfriendly. Especially the one older lady today (and other days) she sighs like she’s so inconvenienced. She does not need to be working with the public. She was so unfriendly today 7/11/23 at 2pm. They don’t wear name tags and now I understand why. I will absolutely not be going back there or purchasing my lunch there ever again. I expect more from a company like Hy-Vee. I’ll purchase my lunch somewhere else from now on where they at least smile at you.

Sounds like the old woman working today doesn’t deal well with multitasking. Came up to the register as she was doing something else behind the counter, and she lets out a loud sigh and you could tell by her body language that she did not want to be there sounds like she needs retrain. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Old man behind counter LAUGHED at me after I told him the air hose sucked the air out of one of my tires. It's-2° and the machine has no sign saying it's "Out of Order" (Which Casey's has!) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Visited because our tires were flattening due to the weather. One of the employees went above and beyond - using his personal air pump to stay out in the freezing cold and help us with our tires. He also directed us to the mechanics. Thank you guys so much!!

Just picked up a strawberry parfait and it was loaded with strawberries. Not sure what's up with the other reviewer, perhaps going there sober would help?

Wasn't expecting anything great at 9pm but the $7 bacon cheeseburger was terrible and shouldn't have even been in hot case!! Not an exaggerating, bun was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Cheese curds were slightly better but not by much. Come on hy vee, you're better than that!

I used neither the fast nor the fresh so I can not comment on the express. We probably just got gas and I dont speak car so I cant ask if it seemed like particularly fresh gas.
